About Us
THE FARM
Recently renovated historic Pennsylvania bank barn located right at the state line between MD and PA offering full care board and arena rental, just minutes away from Fair Hill and the Nottingham County Park.
Our 10 acre farm features:
- 7 newly fenced pastures
- 3 10x24 run-ins
- 9 stalls ranging from 10x11 to 10x12
- Locked and climate controlled tack room (each boarder picks a custom keycode)
- 80x160 lighted indoor arena with new sand & MAG Flake footing
- Indoor and outdoor hot and cold water wash stalls
Outside trainers welcome with proof of insurance.Boarding

Full Care Board ($550/month) Includes:
- Feeding twice daily - up to 6 quarts grain provided with board per day (sweet feed limit of 3 quarts per day)
- Hay, up to 20 pounds provided daily
- Approximately 12 hours daily turnout
- Mucking of stalls
- Blanketing up to 2 times per day (if provided by boarder)
- Fly spray up to 2 times per day (if provided by boarder)
- Access to all farm amenities
$550 per month per horse
Accepting Cash, Check, and Credit Cards (3% fee for credit card payment)

Arena Rental Available ($20/horse/hour)
Our Farm
Founded in 2016, we began the renovation of our historic Pennsylvania bank barn and 10 acre property. The farm will continue to be under construction, adding new amenities and improvements as time progresses, so continue to look for updates!
